Automation That Drives Productivity

The Shadow Nesting Line combines a complete material handling system with high-precision CNC machining to create a fully automated production workflow. An automatic lift unit, loading system and conveyor transfer move panels through the machine with minimal operator involvement, while the automatic cleaning system prepares each board for accurate processing.

Following machining, the automatic unloading system and four-zone vacuum control ensure parts are removed efficiently and safely. Supported by an 8-position automatic tool changer and automatic tool length measurement, the line delivers consistent, repeatable output with reduced downtime between jobs.
