The Airjet Dust Extraction Machine is an auxiliary system designed to eliminate dust, chips, and residues from the product immediately after sanding and/or just before painting.
It uses a combination of air and brushes to clean both sides of the workpiece while neutralising static electricity with anti-static air. This process prevents dust from adhering to the surface, ensuring a smoother, higher-quality paint finish.
Double Sided Cleaning System
The Double-Sided Panel Cleaning System features a dual-nozzle air jet with eight air jets for efficient dust removal, a height-adjustable brush cleaner controlled automatically via joystick, and an anti-static bar to eliminate static electricity for improved cleaning.
An oscillating blowing bar ensures thorough cleaning of the product’s underside, while a driven roller conveyor, powered by a reducer motor and inverter control, facilitates smooth forward movement.
