The KR BM KBotic Smart Painting Machine, is a next-generation multi-axis painting solution designed for 3D and panel-shaped products. With up to two robotic arms and ten spray guns, Kbotic ensures consistent, high-quality coating across edges, surface profiles, and flat surfaces.
The system utilises AI-driven image processing (Kavision) to detect product dimensions in real time, automatically generating precise painting routes and minimising operator errors.
4-Axis Robotic Arm
The 4-axis robotic arm comes standard with two Airmix spray guns, supporting both paint and adhesive applications. Optional 5-axis configurations allow for quick tool changes and enhanced flexibility for intricate 3D surfaces.
A 15-inch IPS control system manages image processing, quality control, and production tracking, storing up to 50,000 images for performance monitoring. The system can be remotely accessed via IoT connectivity, enabling real-time production tracking and daily reporting.
