NLFY is a high-performance release agent designed for edgebanding applications, preventing glue residues from adhering to key machine components. It is suitable for use on pressure rollers, edgebands, slide shoes, DUO scrapers, and tooling, ensuring smooth operation and protecting surfaces from damage.

When applied intermittently to the pressure roller, it prevents glue buildup. Spraying directly onto the edgeband or protective foil helps avoid marking and damage while keeping the protective film intact. The release agent transfers automatically to the slide shoes, preventing friction and residue buildup. Direct application onto the DUO scraper ensures clog-free performance, while use on tooling prevents fouling of trimmers for cleaner cuts.
