KR PM 10 PROFILE SANDING MACHINE 

KR PM 10 Profile Sanding Machine is a new generation full automatic machine which is developed for sanding door cases, trims, baseboards and all types of corded profiles raw or primed. All units are PLC controlled and movable, allowing the wood sanding machine to sand flawlessly. This feature prevents problems such as rounding of the corners of the head & end of the profiles and removing the paint on these sections.

Oscillatory Orbital Sanders

There are 2 oscillatory orbital sanders for profile edges and 1 oscillatory orbital sander for the top surface of the profile as a standard on the KR PM 10 Profile Sanding Machine. These motors, whose are pressing forces, start&finish points can be adjusted, are PLC controlled and only press when they see the product.

Steady Vibration Sanding Motor Unit

On the KR PM 10 Door Frame Sanding Machine, 1 vibration motor without oscillation, height adjustable, is provided as standard for sanding case lamps. This vibration motor, whose pressure force and distance can be adjusted, is PLC controlled and it start to sand when it sees the product.

Oscillatory Cylindrical Brush Sanding Unit

The cylindrical brush sanding unit with oscillation is standard on the KR PM 10 Automatic Sanding Machine. This unit is PLC controlled and its height, speed and distance settings can be made easily.

Steady Cylindrical Brush Sanders

2 cylindrical brush sanding units are standard on the KR PM 10 Wood Sanding Machine. These sanders are PLC controlled and developed for sanding both sides (straight or radius) of the product. The speed, distance and angles of these sanders, which make pressure when they see the product, can be easily adjusted.

Mop Sanding Unit

The KR PM 10 Profile Sander has been developed to add formed mop sanders for special corded profiles and can be easily modified for special projects.

IoT

In this system, all kind of data about working and defects on machine is recorded momentarily on the all KAMA machines so that it helps to its user using the gained informations. So you can see momentarily the working status of your machine and get information about the defects experienced. You can check who worked how long and production volume during operation and past reports with details. You can get specific reports when you filter the parameters on data given. Furthermore by setting up the different type of alarms you can perform your work status without problem.

REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SYSTEM WITH INCREASED REALITY 

With the Vsight Remote application, which we offer our remote technical service much more quickly and praccally, we greatly prevent the downme that may occur during the use of our machines. Your machine operator can instantly connect to the technical service officer at the KAMA headquarters with a smartphone, tablet or smart glasses. In this way, the necessary intervention can be made within seconds with voice and video call problem malfunctions, marking and voice commands on live video.
