KZM 5 EDGE SANDING MACHINE

KR KZM 5 is suitable for sanding door edges, cabinet door edges and modular furniture parts’ edges. It can sand raw or primed flat, chamfered, rounded edges efficiently thanks to its flexible and moving sanding units.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Flexible Belt Sanding Unit

This unit on our Automatic Sanding Machine is mainly used to remove saw marks on raw edges. It can also be used in corners with radius by changing the pressure pad. The belt sanding unit whose angle, distances, pressure intensity can be adjusted manually, is a very economical structure thanks to its oscillating operation. Our furniture sanding machine provides an advantage for the operator with its easy sanding change feature.

Orbital Sanding Unit with Oscillation

The system used in the edge sanding machine for raw and primer sanding of straight edges makes economic and quality sanding thanks to its oscillating operation. The system, which consists of 2 orbital sanding motors provides an advantage for the operatör with easily adjustable pressure intensity and distance.

Disc Brush Sanding Unit

The brush sanders with adjustable height, distance and rotation speed on the Automatic Edge Sanding Machine sand the edges and corners with radius.

Nonwoven Flap Unit

The mop unit, whose height and distance can be adjusted in our Sanding Machine for Wood, removes the sanding scratches on the edges and does super finish. It provides a very high quality edge surface.

Extra Band Sanding Unit

This unit is available as an option for sanding edges with chamfered or radius on the KR KZM-5 Wood Sanding Machine. It can also be used on some simple cords.

IoT

In this system, all kind of data about working and defects on machine is recorded momentarily on the all KAMA machines so that it helps to its user using the gained informations. So you can see momentarily the working status of your machine and get information about the defects experienced. You can check who worked how long and production volume during operation and past reports with details. You can get specific reports when you filter the parameters on data given. Furthermore by setting up the different type of alarms you can perform your work status without problem.

REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SYSTEM WITH INCREASED REALITY 

With the Vsight Remote application, which we offer our remote technical service much more quickly and praccally, we greatly prevent the downme that may occur during the use of our machines. Your machine operator can instantly connect to the technical service officer at the KAMA headquarters with a smartphone, tablet or smart glasses. In this way, the necessary intervention can be made within seconds with voice and video call problem malfunctions, marking and voice commands on live video.
