Dust Collector Unit With Antistatic Bar

In the KR BM-1700 Furniture Spraying Machine, the dust on the product is cleaned with brush and airjet nozzles. The static electricity formed on the product by friction is neutralized with an antistatic bar. The smart airjet system, which senses that the product is delivered and starts to blow and stops when the product passes, saves energy. Automatic height adjustment makes the user’s job easier.

Laser Scanning

KR BM 1700 Painting Machine has a movable laser scanning system whose patent belongs to our company. Thanks to this system, products are scanned with millimeter precision.

Polyolefin Conveyor Belt

The products are painted cleanly on a special polyolefin belt that does not keep the paint on with the KR BM 1700 Automatic Wood Spraying Machine. 

Paint Recovery System I Automatic Spraying Machine 

KR BM 1700 Furniture Painting Machine has a specially developed paint recovery system. The user uses all of the recovered paint because of no solvent is mixed with the recycled paint.  In this way, approximately 25% material savings are achieved. In addition, since the recovery blades and mechanisms are detachable, their cleaning and maintenance is very easy.

Belt Cleaning System

The products are safely painted on both sides with the belt cleaning system in the KR BM 1700 Wood Painting Machine. The product never touches with dirty band. In the belt cleaning system, which is much more economical than its equivalents, only 12 liters of thinner gets dirty with 8 hours of operation.

Painting System

KR BM 1700 Door Painting Machine has a highly developed painting system. 4, 8 or 12 pcs. automatic paint spray guns can be installed. The system allows the use of high and low pressure spray paint guns. The painting system compatible with polyurethane, acrylic, water-based, cellulosic, UV paints and varnishes increases operational power to the user. Thanks to the software which completely owned by KARABUDAK MAKİNE, settings such as product offset, paint amount, fan speed, conveyor speed, robot speed can be easily made on the touch screen and stored in the memory.

Pump Connection System

KR BM-1700 Automatic Paint Spray Machine works with 1 pump system in standard.

Ventilation system

In the KR BM-1700 Wood Painting Machine, the air filtered in EU5 standard is pressed into the cabinet linearly. The dirty air in the cabin is passed through the accordion filter and thrown out. Thus, both the interior of the cabin and the ventilation ducts remain clean.

Automatic Lubrication System

This system provides smooth and long-lasting operation of your Lacquer Paint Machine by lubricating the linear rails and bearings on which the robot arms move at adjustable periods.

Water Filtration System

The vents that exhaust the dirty air inside the cabin are manufactured with water curtains to keep the interior of the cabin and ventilation ducts cleaner. This system protects nature by reducing emission values.

Extra Pump Gun System

8 additional paint spray guns in total 12 paint spray guns and 2 additional paint spray pumps in total 3 paint spray guns can be connected to the machine. This allows quick and easy color transition between 3 different colors.

Extra Painting Width

Furniture painting machine with spray paint can be produced in sizes that can paint a width of 1500 mm.

IoT

In this system, all kind of data about working and defects on machine is recorded momentarily on the all KAMA machines so that it helps to its user using the gained informations. So you can see momentarily the working status of your machine and get information about the defects experienced. You can check who worked how long and production volume during operation and past reports with details. You can get specific reports when you filter the parameters on data given. Furthermore by setting up the different type of alarms you can perform your work status without problem.

REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SYSTEM WITH INCREASED REALITY 

With the Vsight Remote application, which we offer our remote technical service much more quickly and praccally, we greatly prevent the downtime that may occur during the use of our machines. Your machine operator can instantly connect to the technical service officer at the KAMA headquarters with a smartphone, tablet or smart glasses. In this way, the necessary intervention can be made within seconds with voice and video call problem malfunctions, marking and voice commands on live video.
