KR BM 1000 B Automatic Spraying Machine has been designed to achieve high quality finishing on any kind of panel material together with an ease of operation. READER SENSOR SYSTEM

It ensures that the paint is applied only to the product by introducing the shape and dimensions of the product to be painted to our spraying machine thanks to the scanner bars in the Reader Sensor System at the KR BM 1000-B entrance. Thus, you save on material by minimizing the amount of paint used.

PAINTING SYSTEM

The KR BM 1000-B has a highly developed painting system. It performs the painting process with 4 high-pressure guns attached to the robot arm. The Painting Arm can be operated at a speed of 180 meters per minute, the arm speed can be adjusted automatically from the control panel. KR BM 1000- B allows you to easily change spray guns and adjust angle and height thanks to its portable design. The KR BM 1000-B Automatic Painting Machine has a highpressure painting system, so that the paint to be sprayed is divided into the smallest microns and applied to the product at the right speed and pressure.

POLYOLEFIN BAND WITH PAINT RECOVERY SYSTEM

KR BM 1000-B paints products on polyolefin band. The paint remaining on the belt during painting is recovered in the scraper paint recovery system and stored in a reusable manner. The KR BM 1000 B paint recovery system can be cleaned with 90% less thinner than other machines. At the same time, the recovered paint is offered not only as a primer but also as a usable for every floor. Thus, the KR BM 1000 B works much more economically than its competitors with these features.

GUN PLATE SYSTEM

The KR BM 1000-B painting arm is designed to allow easy replacement of the gun system. You can perform the maintenance of the  painting machine within minutes thanks to the support that can be disassembled and installed in a short time, in cases where detailed cleaning is required.

VENTILATION SYSTEM

It passes the manual clean air flow coming from the machine out through the paper filters on the sides thanks to the paper filter exhaust system in the KR BM 1000-B cabin. So, by determining the direction of air flow in the machine, the paint dust formed during painting is removed from the environment in a controlled manner, allowing you to get the most accurate result.

TOUCH CONTROL PANEL

You can automatically adjust your machine’s painting settings thanks to the touch control panel on the KR BM 1000-B Automatic Spray Machine. Touch Control Panel allows automatic adjustment of all settings such as shadow to be given to the edges according to the height and depth of the part to be painted, conveyor belt flow speed and robot arm speed.

IoT

In this system, all kind of data about working and defects on machine is recorded momentarily on the all KAMA machines so that it helps to its user using the gained informations. So you can see momentarily the working status of your machine and get information about the defects experienced. You can check who worked how long and production volume during operation and past reports with details. You can get specific reports when you filter the parameters on data given. Furthermore by setting up the different type of alarms you can perform your work status without problem.

REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SYSTEM WITH INCREASED REALITY 

With the Vsight Remote application, which we offer our remote technical service much more quickly and practically, we greatly prevent the downtime that may occur during the use of our machines. Your machine operator can instantly connect to the technical service officer at the KAMA headquarters with a smartphone, tablet or smart glasses. In this way, the necessary intervention can be made within seconds with voice and video call problem malfunctions, marking and voice commands on live video.

VENTILATION SYSTEM

The ventilaon system offered as an option in the our Automatic Furniture Painting Machine ensures that the paint particles that may remain in the environment during painting and decrease the painting quality are sent to the paper exhaust filters faster. The clean air passed through the cassette filters on the machine is distributed evenly and correctly within the machine by placing 4 frequency controlled ventilaon fans on the machine ceiling.

DUST COLLECTOR UNIT WITH AIRJET SYSTEM

The dust collector unit with airjet system, which can be optionally placed at the entrance of the KR BM 1000-B, automatically removes the wastes such as dust and sawdust remaining on the products before painting. So, you will get high gloss results by avoiding the roughnesses that may occur on the product to be painted.

QUICK COLOR CHANGE VALVE

Thanks to the 4-way Quick Color Change valve that can be optionally added to the KR BM 1000-B Automatic Painting Machine, you can switch between 3 colors in seconds. Thus, it allows you to paint in different colors with a small change without wasting time.
