KAMA CEVVAL K TWO-ARM RECIPROCATING SPRAY MACHINE

KR BM Cevval, has been designed and developed to achieve high quality finishing on any kind of panel material, is a new generation Automatic Spraying Machine which differs from its equivalents with its superior features and technology. KR BM Cevval, which provides high quality and rapid painting of wood, metal, glass, plastic, fibercement and etc. has two, servo-controlled painting arms.

STANDARD FEATURES

READING BARRIER

32 pcs sensor beam is positioned under the motorized feeding rollers, ensures a milimetric precision on determining the section which will be painted. It minimises the wastage of paint.

SPRAYING ARMS

It’s equipped with 2 arms. Cycle speed can be adjusted on the touch screen automatically. The spraying arms which differs from its equivalents thanks to its design that allows easy adjustment of the height and angles of the gun and its strong structure that moves on two parallel linear rails.

VENTILATION SYSTEM

Frequency-controlled ventilation system blows clean air inside the cabin through FS filters is offered as standard.

CONTROL PANEL

KR BM Cevval Automatic Spray Machine has an electric control panel with PLC and machine control software, controlled by a 10″ colour touch screen, which allows both to control all functions and operating parameters and to store them as standard.

CONVEYOR SYSTEM

KR BM Cewal K is equipped with paper belt. The paper belt is completely taut at all times thanks to a vacuum system, which keeps the underside of panels perfectly clean as well as guaranteeing immaculate, uniform application on edge and face.The feeding system consists of a paper unwinding device with adjustable braking for clean paper and an independently motor-driven (torque controlled) winding device to take up paper after spraying.

OVERSPRAY FILTRATION

Overspray which is sucked through dry filters is offered as a standard. This system also provides the optimum pressure inside by adjusting the cabin pressure.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM

This system, ensures a smooth and long-lasting operation of the robot arms by automatically lubricating the lineer bearings and guides of the reciprocating arms, is offered as standard .

PAINTING SYSTEM

high-pressure pump and 4 high-pressure guns are provided as standard in the KR BM Cevval K Automatic Spray Machine. 8 guns and 2 pumps can be installed optionally.

OPTIONAL FEATURES

WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM

The culverts exhausting the dusty air in the cabin is produced with water curtain. The water filtration system in the KR BM Cewal K ensures that they are discharged as environmentally harmless gases.

SPRAY POT

Paint consumption is reduced by using the paint in the spray pots box instead of the paint to be loaded into the system with the pump in works with low capacity, requiring less paint. This system is offered as an option for boutique production style.

EXTRA HIGH PRESSURE PUMP-GUNS SET

If customers want to have or apply varnish and extra paint line (l pump, 4 guns) paint in separate spray lines we can add extra pump and guns set as an option.

EXTRA LOW PRESSURE PUMP-GUNS SET

Extra l piece Low Pressure Pump, 4 pieces Low Pressure Guns. It is an option for customers who want to apply stains.
