About Way2Work

Way2Work is an innovative initiative funded by Tusla, Ireland’s Child and Family Agency, designed specifically to support young people who are transitioning out of the care system. The program helps these individuals by offering tailored employment training, coaching, and career support, while also partnering with employers to create inclusive workplaces that provide fair opportunities for young people to thrive.
