The first step came with the installation of the KR YZM 1300 Surface Sander, manufactured by our trusted brand partner Karabudak Makine.
Chosen for its precision automation and intelligent image processing (Kavision), this machine delivers consistent sanding across a range of materials and profiles.

With four vibration sanding arms that adjust automatically in real time, the YZM 1300 quickly became a key part of Savvy’s finishing process. It allowed their team to achieve uniform results on both flat and contoured surfaces, reducing manual rework while improving overall production flow.

For Savvy, it marked a crucial early step in streamlining their workshop for growth.

That collaboration led to the creation of the Flexa Brush Sanding Machine – a model that delivered the versatility, precision, and efficiency Savvy was looking for. The success of the prototype was so strong that Karabudak Makine later adopted the design into full production, proving what’s possible when workshop experience and engineering innovation align.
