Wood-Mizer EG350 Multirip Board Edger
The Wood-Mizer EG350 is a powerful dual-function board edger and multirip saw that combines both operations to boost sawmill productivity and get the most yield from every log. Built on proven Wood-Mizer designs, it handles thicker, larger material than smaller edgers.
It processes cants up to 100 mm thick and 550 mm wide, with a maximum cutting width of 420 mm between blades. The EG350 uses 400 mm circular blades, a double-roller infeed for different material thicknesses, four powered feed rollers and a remote operator panel with automatic Setworks, and is powered by an 18.5 kW or 22 kW electric motor.

- Dual function: edging mode with two 400 mm blades (one fixed, one movable) or multirip mode with up to five blades
- Handles cants up to 100 mm thick and 550 mm wide, with a 420 mm maximum cutting width between blades
- Blade spacers in a range of widths, customised on request
- Double-roller infeed: the lower roller handles material up to 65 mm, the upper roller 65 to 100 mm, with adjustable bumpers to preset the roller height
- 200 mm outfeed roller on a pivoted bracket for easier cant feeding
- Four powered feed rollers press the material down for stable cutting
- Two rows of anti-kickback fingers protect the operator
- Remote operator panel with emergency stop and Setworks automatic width control
- Modular 1.8 m roller tables, extendable for longer cants
- Optional laser alignment with one fixed and one adjustable laser, plus a metric and imperial scale
- 18.5 kW or 22 kW electric motor options
