The Salvamac Artist Dry features a two-stage filtration system, ensuring superior air quality and efficient overspray management.
The first filtration phase utilises a high-efficiency ANDREAE filter, made from multilayer paper, engineered to capture solvent-based, water-soluble, and cellulose nitrate varnishes with exceptional efficiency.
The filtering surface is optimally sized to enhance durability and maintain peak filtration performance, with an impressive collection capacity of up to 9.8 kg/m² for solvent varnishes.
This ensures a cleaner working environment and reduces airborne contaminants.
Second-Stage Glass Fibre Filtration for Superior Air Purification
The second filtration phase employs a medium-efficiency GLASS filter, offering an additional layer of overspray absorption.
Constructed from long glass fibres bonded with air-hardening resin, this filter becomes progressively denser along the airflow direction, effectively capturing residual varnish particles.
With a collection capacity of up to 5,000 g/m², this advanced system ensures optimal air purification and compliance with industrial safety and environmental standards.
