Advanced Drying Technology for Optimal Finishing

The KR UVKH 24M includes a sliding input conveyor that smoothly transfers workpieces from the spray machine to the drying tunnel. The 16-metre flash-off tunnel, fitted with an air conditioning unit producing up to 60,000 Kcal heat energy, ensures that solvents evaporate efficiently while maintaining a continuous 30-35°C airflow.

An integrated exhaust system removes contaminants, ensuring a clean, even drying process. The TL lamp tunnel, equipped with 48 TL lamps, activates photo initiators to prepare coatings for final UV curing.

The UV lamp tunnel, featuring two mercury (Hg) lamps and one gallium (Ga) lamp, uses PLC-controlled electronic transformers to precisely adjust drying power from 5% to 100%, balancing energy efficiency with high-quality finishing.

To accommodate different production needs, we offer several customisation options, including an additional 4-metre flashoff tunnel to further increase production speed and quality. A temperature-controlled air conditioning unit is available for small and medium-sized businesses without access to a hot water supply.
