KR TZM 1300 EDGE SANDER
The KR TZM 1300 EDGER is a high-precision surface sander designed for flat panels, shakers, MDF, veneered covers, and larger items like pressed doors. Its flexible system allows fine sanding up to P3000 grit, delivering a polished, high-gloss finish.
Equipped with Kavision image processing technology, Ejder detects pieces upon entry for precise processing. Its four independent servo-controlled robotic arms, guided by AI, optimize workflow, ensuring even and accurate sanding across all surfaces, including flaps and basin hubs.
With orbital movement at 12,000 RPM and 150g pressure sensitivity, the machine guarantees exceptional surface quality. AI dynamically adjusts motor circulation and oscillation speeds based on the product type, ensuring consistent and flawless results.
Advanced Image Processing
Kavision’s advanced image processing ensures precise scanning and selective polishing for flawless results. A 15” industrial PC (IPC) manages machine operations, tracking production data, malfunctions, and remote access, with an optional IoT system for real-time monitoring.
Defect Free Sanding
Products first undergo oscillating disc sanding, followed by four robotic orbital sanders that adjust pressure, speed, and oscillation for even, defect-free sanding.
A vacuum conveyor secures pieces with rubber-coated rollers, while an automatic lubrication system maintains smooth operation. Finally, a movable brush unit removes sanding dust before the product exits, ensuring a clean, high-quality finish.
